Packages will be subjected to a storage fee of US$2.00 per day per package, after Thirty (30) calendar days.

Please note from September 1st, 2017, our storage policy will take effect. This has become necessary to provide secure storage, help reduce wait times, further improve our operational processes and to provide a more efficient customer service, therefore effective September 1st, 2017 we are enforcing our storage policy with the aim of minimizing clutter.

Be advised, as of September 1st 2017, if packages are not collected within Thirty (30) days of the invoice date, it will be retained further for another Thirty (30) days and a daily storage fee of US$2.00 will be applied to each package until it is collected. 

If after the period of Sixty (60) calendar days in our care, your package(s) remains unclaimed, CSF will notify of the overdue package(s) and costs incurred for storage fees. After which, the customer will be given seven (7) calendar days to retrieve package(s) and to resolve any outstanding balances on the invoice(s).

Packages which remain in storage over the stipulated time frame above will then be labelled as expired and becomes the property of Customer Service First Couriers Limited, which will be handled according to our internal package expiration policies.

CSF understands that many of you may have existing packages with invoices dated before August 1st, 2017 which are still unclaimed. Customers whose existing invoices and packages exceed the 30 days from the invoice date, would be given an amnesty period until the last working day in August 2017 (Wednesday 30th August 2017), for all package(s) to be collected without applied storage fees. Packages which remain uncollected after this date would be subjected to applicable penalties as of September 1st, 2017.
