DELIVERY TO CSF FLORIDA
To ensure safe delivery of your packages to our warehouse in Florida, it MUST be formatted as shown in the example below:

*N.B. Your Box Number is very important, and you must state this in your shipping address.

DELIVERY IN TRINIDAD
CSF Couriers Limited offers FREE delivery throughout Trinidad.
All packages will be delivered to the account holder with the account number and as explicitly addressed. A maximum of two (2) delivery attempts will be made, if no one is there to collect, the packages will be returned to the office. At which time you will have to either collect the packages yourself or request a third delivery attempt for which you will be charged a fee of $50.00 TT.

DELIVERY IN TOBAGO
Delivery to Tobago is currently scheduled once per week, prior to delivery of all packages; customers will be notified of the relevant charges. A delivery charge will be applied to customers in Tobago; however the charge will be waivered if the customer chooses to pick up at the office of CSF Couriers Limited.

PAYMENT
Payment MUST be made in full upon delivery (COD). Each customer will be held responsible for all charges that are associated with all the packages they receive, even if the packages received were damaged or if the contents fail to correspond to the items ordered. Please note that if for some reason your package is held at the Courier Bond you will be responsible for all the storage charges (storage is paid to Courier Bond, not to CSF Couriers Limited). Furthermore, you will be obligated to pay your Air Freight charges to CSF Couriers Limited at the time of shipment (this is for transmitting your package/s from Florida to Trinidad).

VERY IMPORTANT
All packages must be accompanied with a detailed invoice. Also, the total value per shipment should not exceed US$1000.00. However, if the shipment exceeds this value, a customs entry must be prepared by a licensed customs broker. Shipments valued under US$1000.00 will be cleared automatically on a "Non Trade Entry" form.

FAILURE TO COLLECT
Packages that are not collected and paid for within fourteen (14) days after the second delivery attempt will begin to accrue storage charges of $10.00 per day for a further fourteen (14) days, after which it will become the property of CSF Couriers Limited.

MAIL AND MAGAZINES
Mail and Magazines are only delivered if the delivery of a package is imminent; however, there is the option for pick up at our office. Alternatively, there is a fee of TTD15.00 if a customer prefers to opt for our delivery service.  Nonetheless, if the pick-up option is chosen for mail and magazines at our office, customers are required to so within ten (10) working days, after this time, CSF Couriers Limited will not be held responsible for the loss mail and/or magazines.

RESTRICTED ITEMS / ARTICLES
Restrictions are applied for several items and articles, and allow absolutely NO hazardous materials/chemicals, solvents, pornographic materials, perishables, firearms and ammunitions. CSF Couriers Limited strongly advises that you use your US address for lawful purposes only.

ACCOUNT HOLDER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Upon registration of your membership to CSF Couriers Limited, each customer is duly assigned an individual box number. It is imperative that you use the box number assigned to you on all packages and/or magazines in order to ensure prompt delivery by CSF Couriers Limited. If the box number is not stated on the packages and magazines, CSF Couriers Limited will be unable to guarantee delivery.
*N.B. There is a maximum of two (2) persons to be assigned per box number.

Also, the account holder will be held solely responsible for all packages and charges related to their account.

CSF Couriers Limited does not accept responsibility for packages which are not delivered to our office in Florida, USA. Kindly ensure that there is a method to confirm delivery of your packages to our office in Florida, for example, a tracking number. Also, CSF Couriers Limited will not be held liable for your losses of any kind, inclusive of damages caused to your package during shipping to Trinidad nor will CSF Couriers Limited be responsible for delays in shipping. Please be advised that all valuable packages should be insured (this is for your safety and insurance).
